New information on Dienai® products is provided on our website Report on an Experimental Investigation of Antiulcer Action of Biologically Active Food Supplement “Biosinol”Purpose of investigation: studying the antiulcer action of “Biosinol” on the model of neurogenic ulcerogenesis. CONCLUSIONS
1. Biologically active food supplement “Biosinol” has apparent stress-regulating action comparable with the effectiveness of the reference preparation (eleutherococcus liquid extract) on the model of neurogenic disorder. 2. Biologically active food supplement “Biosinol” has apparent dose-dependent antiulcerogenic action whose activity is comparable to that of the reference preparation (eleutherococcus liquid extract) on the model of neurogenic disorder. Download Report on an Experimental Investigation of Antiulcer Action of Biologically Active Food Supplement “Biosinol”Purpose of investigation: studying the antiulcer action of “Biosinol” on the model of indometacin ulcerogenesis. CONCLUSIONS
1. Significant dose-dependent effect of the substance of biologically active food supplement “Biosinol” that transcended the analogous activity for the reference preparation (Maalox®) was revealed on the model of indomethacin-induced gastric mucosal injury in mice. 2. The results of the experiments that were conducted on the models of neurogenic and indometacin ulcerrogenesis attest to apparent monodirectional antiulcer action of the substance of biologically active food supplement “Biosinol”. Report on an Experimental Investigation of Antiulcer Action of Biologically Active Food Supplement “Biosinol”Purpose of investigation: studying the antiulcer action of “Biosinol” on the model of histamine-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats. CONCLUSIONS
1. Significant dose-dependent effect of the substance of biologically active food supplement “Biosinol” was revealed on the model of histamine-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats. 2. The results of the experiments that were conducted on the models of histamine-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats attest to the previously revealed antiulcer activity of “Biosinol” on the model of neurogenic and indometacin ulcerrogenesis in animals of another type. Report on an Advanced Investigation of the Immunotropic Properties of Immobilized OligonucleotidesThe purpose of this investigation within the framework of the general program of preclinical study was to thoroughly investigate the immunotropic activity of immobilized oligonucleotides of salmon roe DNA. CONCLUSION
Immune-stimulating properties of immobilized oligonucleotides are revealed by enhancing the natural killer cytotoxic activity in experimental animals upon high-dose administering of the preparation under investigation. Moreover, the course adminestering of immobilized oligonucleotides increased the spontaneous proliferative activity of lymphoid cells and B lymphocyte stimulation index in experimental animals. Dose-depending stimulation of the functional activity of the investigated cells that manifested itself in the increase in nitrogen oxide generating was observed upon adding immobilized oligonucleotides into peritoneal macrophage culture in vitro. The stimulating action of the investigated preparation was cancelled upon blocking TLR-9 receptor by the inhibitory ODN2088 oligonucleotide. A conclusion can be drawn that the present effect of immobilized oligonucleotides is mediated by TLR-9 macrophagal receptor. Download
Report on an Investigation of the Influence of the Complex Preparation (Oligonucleotides, Extracts of Reishi Mushroom and Cordyceps) on the Development of Mice Transplantable TumorsPurpose of investigation: studying the influence of TI-SAN complex preparation (oligonucleotides, extracts of reishi mushroom and cordyceps) on the growth of principal tumor node and metastasis development. Investigation results: No stimulation of primary tumor growth under the influence of TI-SAN complex preparation in investigated doses was observed in experiments on animals with transplantable Lewis lung carcinoma and B16 melanoma. A distinct trend towards the decrease in the amount and area of metastases in lungs of the treated mice as well as the low degree of metastatic affection against the control group was revealed.
