Dienai^®

Formulation: Salmon roe extract (low-molecular DNA), potato starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium chloride, polyethylene glycol E1521.

It is a basic product out of a whole product line produced by “Siberian Center for Pharmacology and Biotechnology” company. Dienai^® enzyme complex destroys all the known protein toxins in human organism. DNA, that is a part of Dienai^® provides stimulating and immunomodulatory effects. DNA effect develops at marrow level, in exactly those marrow cell lines which have been depressed. An extremely important effect of Dienai® that has been recently ascertained by Novosibirsk biologists and physicians is the normalization of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. The balanced Dienai^® complex contains the full set of enzymes that were taken as a whole from bacteria that are “good” for humans. This fact substantially distinguishes them from the other enzyme preparations comprising an artificially selected set of proteases. Immobilized proteases provide the therapeutic and preventive effects at the level of all organism systems. The system enzyme therapy became feasible with the advent of Dienai®. When administrated and absorbed into the blood stream, the medicinal properties of Dienai^® remain totally unchanged. Absorbed into the blood, the immobilized proteases “clean” the bloodstream of the clots. Meanwhile, they do not have an effect on the proteins of healthy cells. Thus, they are selective and safe for administration. The numerous investigations proved that immobilized proteases have a wide spectrum of biological activity. Studying Dienai^® in clinical centers of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (SB RAMS) ascertained that the preparation has the following effects:

Necrolytic: it provides the destruction (lysis) of the proteins of non-viable damaged cells.

Anti-inflammatory: it stops the inflammatory process, particularly the excessive that goes beyond the physiological norms. Meanwhile, Dienai^® is not a hormone, as for example prednisolone, therefore it does not disturb the cell and metabolic processes. For this reason, its anti-inflammatory effect is physiologic and does not give side effects.

Thrombolytic: it provides the prevention and enzyme lysis (destruction) of formed vascular clots that cause acute myocardial infarctions and cerebral strokes.

Mucolytic (expectorating): it destroys the mucus proteins that accumulate in bronchi under the diagnosis of chronic bronchitis and pneumonia. Therefore, this preparation does not have analogues.

Desintoxication: it is excreted chiefly through the kidney and liver, enhances the condition of bloodstream in these organs and provides the natural excretion of toxins that are accumulated during cell breakdown.

Diuretic: this effect is closely connected with the desintoxication effect and is provided by the unique properties of polyethylene oxide polymer that is bound with the proteases.

Administration method and dosage:  Dienai^® is taken along with the basic therapy for general condition 2 capsules twice a day (60 minutes prior or 2 hours after morning and evening meals). Therapy course is 15-20 days. Therapy course can be repeated after an interval of one week.
